Egypt is the land of freedom and democracy from now on , we need to rebuild our country ,so let's start with our self's , fix our insides and have a faith and develop from our capabilities because we gonna face a very hard mission , is to build our country economy , industry and trade.

and the effective managers aren't talk more than 25% in the employees conversations ,

As a team leader always remember

It's too late to tell your team member whtat they need to work on in the yearly and even the monthly upraisel meetings, you should always dirct coaching and counselling for your team once you notced that some one need to work more on a specific area of the work and then set togther an action plan to follow and make your upraisel meetings to evalute and assess the progress of the team member.
So

Tell him in spot
Work with him to come over or to do more
Take him to the next level

This is a very important to you as a team leader because your success is your team success.

After a few minutes I am starting a new year of my life,
Here I found myself saying good bay to the 24th year in my life and saying welcome to the 25th year in my life,

The hope of happiness to all the the human
The hope of the peace to all the world

The hope of Democracy to all the persecuted people
The hope of the love to all the globe
The hope of the better and better to all of you

Always we afraid from the new and we look from the narrow angle of the picture as a threat in the time this new is your chance to master a new skills and expertise for the life, so you should:
* look to the new tasks as a new challenge
* take the pledge and go through it with a brief heart
* say to your self what's in it for me and others
* point out the advantages of this new
* define what it needs to accomplish this new task
* develop yourself and work on mastering the new skills
* it takes the brave and ability to ask for help, so ask and learn , don't be shy
